Honesty is always the best policy and your quick and transparent apology is refreshing. Kudos to another job well done. We (all) aren&#039;t perfect and simply acknowledging that a mistake was made, accepting responsibility, and putting measures in place to make sure it doesn&#039;t happen again was a wonderful response.
